Censo Biotechnologies welcomes new Sales and Marketing Graduate
As Censo Biotechnologies progress into their new phase of growth and development, they have appointed sales and marketing graduate, Kyra Sneddon, to raise the profile of the organisation to their target audience of new volunteers, researchers and pharmaceutical companies, whilst developing existing relationships and collaborating with new partners.
Kyra graduated from Therapeutic Radiography at Queen Margaret University earlier this year. Throughout her studies Kyra was particularly interested in neurological malignancies and based her dissertation on the topic, further expanding her knowledge of brain cancer and research of this disease.
Censo utilises induced Pluripotent Stem Cells to research neurological diseases for drug discovery to improve treatments and prognosis for these patients. In addition to Kyra’s studies, she has also completed internships with Phoenix Broadband and Desk Union which provided her with experience in digital marketing.
Kyra Sneddon, Sales and Marketing Graduate said:
“Throughout my degree, I completed multiple placements within hospitals and witnessed many patients with neurological disease struggle with the toxicities of treatment and continue to have a poor prognosis following treatment. I’m really excited to be part of Censo, a company focussed on collaborating with drug discovery companies to source better treatments for these patients.”
Censo has a committed team with a breadth of experience including pharmaceutical drug discovery and development, stem cell manufacturing, business operations and regulation, collaborating with partners throughout the world.
