iPSC-derived Cortical Neuronal High Content Assay

April 17th 2018

Induced pluripotent stem cell (iPSC) technology is used to produce cortical neurons and facilitates physiologically relevant disease modelling and drug discovery.

Our robust production and qualification methods have been developed to produce well validated iPSC-derived cortical neurons. Each batch of NPCs is qualified by a panel of markers showing expression of key genes at various stages of differentiation and maturation.

Our Poster 'iPSC-derived Cortical Neuronal High Content Assay' describes:

  • NPC and Cortical Neuron Production
  • NPC and Cortical Neuron Qualification
  • Stage Specific Gene Expression
  • Neuronal Differentiation Assay

This will be presented at the ELRIG Research & Innovation 2018 meeting on 18 April at 11.30am by Cellular Scientist, Lauren Hindhaugh.
